Hello Crafty friends and thanks for joining me on my blog today. I wanted to quickly review and share my favorite paper crafting products that I’ve been using in May.
One of the items on my list is a stamp set you’ve seen several times on my blog this month. I’m talking about the May Bloom Box stamp set of the month, the Decorative Doily stamp set. I want to remind you to get signed up for the Bloom Box by May 31st to receive that exclusive card kit and not have to wait for the stamp set to release later this year. The Bloom Box is always fun because it gives you a fun piece of Happy Mail to look forward to every month.
Another item on my May 2017 Favorites is the Fun Stampers Journey scallop washi tape. The scallop washi tape is perfect to use in your planners but also add it to your cards for some extra bling. I love our sparkle tapes so much, I also heard a rumor that we will be releasing even more exclusive washi in our new catalog launch.
Stickers! I love my planners and have also been memory keeping in my A5 I Hearts Planner. I have been taking advantage of the sticky notes that Fun Stampers Journey carries, perfect for decorating your creative planner and your cards. These stickers feature a script font and they are clear backed, perfect for layering on projects.

This month’s stamp of the month out of the Bloom Box is proving to be one of my favorites. If you’ve followed my blog lately, you’ll see I was able to use it in my planner and for a Mother’s Day card. Now I’ve created another card featuring our Be Amazing collection colors. I love the bright and fun colors from the Be Amazing collection available in our Inspiration Book & Catalog, please email me to request a copy of visit my online store to purchase one.
Using the re-inkers from the Be Amazing collection, I was able to create this vibrant background for today’s card. I started out by applying a few drops of re-inker and used our fusion blender as well onto a piece of plastic. I then dipped my stamps onto this plastic color palette. I really liked the way the background turned out and hope to use this technique for my upcoming swaps at the Annual Fun Stampers Journey convention in June.
Make today Simply Amazing! I had an amazing time at our annual Fun Stampers Journey convention last week and I finally got to play with some of our new products releasing on July 1st.
For this card I used a dry water coloring technique using stamps and our new pan pastels. First I stamped in black licorice ink using our new Peach Blossom stamp set. Then, I used our Rich Sorbets pan pastel palette to further enhance the water coloring feel. I used our clear pigment ink to stamp the Simply Amazing sentiment from our Be Amazing collection and gold embossing powder to get the gilded effect. Hope you like it!
If you’re interested in any of the products I used, please let me know. Our new 2016-2017 Inspiration Book and Catalog launches on July 1st, 2016. I cannot wait!!!

A couple weeks ago I was able to attend the first stop of the Be Amazing Tour in Pomona, California. The event was truly AMAZING! I attended a Friday training event for coaches and Friday evening opportunity night which included Make-N-Takes, demonstrations and a free stamp set.
The Saturday event was full of giveaways, on stage demonstrations and four cards using the new Be Amazon collection.
My team, the FSDivas attended along with some guests and I made them a Thank You gift for attending. Here are some of my favorite photos from the event.
